  I know working out is important, but my motivation was never consistent. I would train for a 5K and then sit on a couch for three weeks. A friend recommended FLEXcity. She said it simple – all you had to do was show up, participate and 56 minutes later you’re done. That was back in August of 2016…
  FLEXcity is a great. It’s a fun way to work out and I’ve yet to repeat a workout :-)
