  Instructions provided: poorly written and lacking clear details
  Customer service: abysmal. I called at 4:45pm on a Friday and they were closed despite their website clearly stating they were open. When I called them earlier this week to ask a couple questions the customer sounded snobbish, had no clue about any of the products, and failed to follow up like he said he would.
  
  I don’t care how good their products are or are not, on principal they are getting a ‘poor’ rating
  
  Edit: one of the strut bolts sheared off while torquing to spec... bad products with bad service
  
  Edit pt 2: I must have gotten unlucky initially cause when I called to get the bolt replaced the rep was helpful and kind. When I called back the day after to get technical support the rep was knowledgeable and helpful. Raising to three stars because of it.
