    This is hands down the best mechanic shop I've ever been to, let alone in the Lansing area. Todd has to be one of the most honest guy in this business.

    I have never trusted an auto shop before this one. All of the places I've gone have been bigger, cooperate places, where turnover and corporate policy leaves your mechanic faceless, and unable to really help you. Here, you have the owner himself helping you out 9/10 times, and let's face it, reputation is everything for a small shop.

    Todd has done well to build a reputation with not only me, but other people I've seen talk to him as well. And while he's not going to be a pushover for unreasonable or rude customers, he's attempted to go the extra mile for those who are good customers. And after all, you have to be a good customer to get good customer service, which Todd absolutely supplies.
