  Anywhere else in Lansing is a better choice, period. They work on a bait and switch philosophy that could almost be viewed as criminal. I took my vehicle here for a $69.95 alignment and was told that after looking at it, they would not be able to perform this service because the truck needed additional work. No problem I said, I would have a relative do the other work and would bring it back to be aligned. It was at this point I was told they would not release the truck until I paid for the alignment they were not able to perform. How can I owe for a service they told me they were not able to complete? Rick, the manager does not belong in the customer service industry. His attitude enough is good reason to do business elsewhere. I don't mind paying a fair price for a fair service, but this place is highway robbery. Next time I'll go to Belle Tire where I have never been treated unfairly.
