  Small Vietnamese grocery shop stocked with most Viet ingredients you're looking for! There is a small selection of rare cuts of meats and organs --often must-need-ingredients for some dishes. Fresh fruits and veggies, typically in good condition. Once we picked up their last bag of bean sprouts, and the owner rushed over to switch us to a new, fresh batch delivered that day (totally unprompted. She was still working on bagging them up). Great selection of fresh Viet herbs which are difficult to find in other places such as Thai basil, garlic chives, culantro, cilantro, Viet fish mint, peppermint, spearmint, perilla, Viet coriander, lemongrass, and rice paddy mint. There's also a small section of frozen food and seafood as well as canned goods, spices, noodles, and other dried goods. Staff speak Vietnamese and English well and are super nice! They are always happy to help you find anything. My family and I live an hour away but make the trip out to stock up on ingredients.
