  Medawar's customer service is amazing and we were interacted with the moment we walked through the door. I needed my engagement ring appraised and because we came in from out of town Suzanne got the appraisal done promptly. We were expecting another trip back into town considering it was 330pm on Saturday and she had us out the door by 415pm. I was thrilled with her timeliness and she steamed my ring before she gave it back. Great service, price and overall experience.
