  Terrible customer service. We've been ordering from here for years without a problem until a few months ago. They keep messing up our order, forgetting items, etc. and will only put a credit on our account. This last time though, I ordered a pizza from their specials and asked the guy taking our order multiple times if we could use more than one coupon (the $10 coupon for taking their survey and a free breadstick coupon) to which he said yea, no problem and we just had to show them when we got there.
  My husband comes home after picking them up and to our surprise none of the coupons came off the bill. I called back to talk to a manager, was on hold for 15 minutes and was told nope, they can't do that. I told her how the guy who took our order had reassured me several times we could and she said there was nothing she could do but put a $5 credit on our account again and then HUNG UP on me. I get it, you're busy, but I'm still a customer. I had to call back and wait to speak to her again. I don't think we'll ever go back to this location, it's a headache everytime.
