  We had (3) chicks that were dead when the arrived at the Post Office in Stockton, Illinois. We had another (2) chicks die within the next day. This was out of a (15) chick order. I tried to contact The Chick Hatchery on my phone but for whatever reason it did not work. The Power Supply went out on my Desktop Computer and it took quite some time to get the new Power Supply from Amazon. As soon as the power supply arrived I installed it and tried to send the pictures of the dead chicks to The Chick Hatchery but they failed on there end. I sent the pictures as a .png and .jpg in an Email and was told he never received them. Then I was told in an Email from The Chick Hatchery that I did not contact them within the allowed time and that a refund could not happen. I again explained that the original order was placed on my Desktop Computer and that the Power Supply went out and I had to wait until the new power supply came in so I could get the pictures that The Chick Hatchery required, and again I received another Email with the request that there was too much time that had passed for the refund to be made and this was in RED! I have never cheated anyone in my (64) years of life and I will never cheat anyone ever! This is not a way to run a business and I will never make another purchase from this Business! It is not a lot of money, it is the the way that The Chick Hatchery responded to my Emails! Very Poor Customer Relations! I cannot recommend The Chick Hatchery to anyone!!!
