  I considered using H & R Block for the first time because of an online promotion. I selected this branch because it was close to my home. I scheduled my appointment in the morning through the H & R Block website (convenient). The appointment was for 4PM later that day. I arrived five minutes early for my appointment. The office is located in a convenient strip mall. I was greeted by the receptionist and asked to take a seat. 25 minutes later I was informed be the receptionist that it would be at least another 30 minutes before I could be seen. I was asked if I would like to reschedule my appointment. I asked if rescheduling would require another long wait. She advised that she did not know. I left the office and will use another tax service.
