  This Kroger needs a MAJOR overhaul by upper management.
  Customer service desk 98% of the time only has 1 person working (No matter how many customers are waiting). They're usually taking their sweet time in assisting customers because they're joking around & talking with coworkers.
  The employees act as if you are inconveniencing them if you ask for help. The checkout process is a nightmare. There has been more than one occasion that the lines were so long (because there's only 2 regular lanes & self checkout) that I took my business elsewhere.
  I wouldn't recommend this particular Kroger to ANYONE!!

  Low prices, great selection of food and other items. Store is pretty clean, Staff is quite helpful and friendly. Kroger is always my first choice when I need to buy groceries. Love the digital coupons!

  No carts or baskets at 5:30pm. There were carts of boxes and trash left around the store from stocking. Lines were 6-people deep and not enough help. I'm never going again!
