  I was messing around with my reptile enclosure and foolishly set my heat lamp on the carpet. A few minutes later I burnt a large 5 inch hole into the carpet. I called another company first and they said it would be 2 weeks before they could come fix it. I called Lansing Carpet and they said they could be there the next day. They fixed it in about 15 minutes and I couldn't tell where the old burn mark was. I had to get down and really look for it to see where the patch was. I had a very good experience with them - they were quick, provided quality work and offered a very good price.

  Would not recommend. Does not return calls and have had several no shows. So sad in this day and age to have such poor customer service skills.
